Haha.. why couldn't you download? Are you working behind some proxies that limits permission to certain features?
Maybe you could try AVG online scan or the notorious (in a good way) NORTON online scan to clean up you usb from annoying virus.

If i want to watch shows early, i just download it. house is first released in the California region and thats 3 hours earlier than new york. It only takes me like an hour to download so i get the episode 2 hours before it comes out in new york.
